Earthworm Jim : The Greatest Soil Munchin Annelid

EWJ 2 : After the defeat of the Queen, Psy-crow kidnapped the lovely aristocrat Princess What’s-Her-Name the Queens beautiful sister. She’s the most beautiful insect I’ve ever seen! As the only heir to the insectior throne, her husband would become monarch of the galaxy, Ruler of the universe, Master of all etc etc. Psy-Crow wants the crow for his own diminutive head. Jim must stop the marriage before they hit the Lost Vegas system where they can get a quick, non-consenting wedding 24hrs a day. Jim pulls out his pocket rocket and finds the fare for a taxi! As Psycrow drags him around from planet to planet. Many of these worlds are summer homes of Jims worse enemies like Evil the Cat & Bob the killer goldfish.

To complete the game and be a Jim master you must: Find and complete the secret level Totally Forked aka secret room no. 37 and beat Psycrow at the race in See Jim run, Run Jim run! on difficult*

Your Objective: To rescue the Princess from Psycrow.

*This may only correct if you have a SNES as there maybe a few level changes on the Sega etc which meant some levels are different but you get the idea. And as a matter of fact I have two copies of EWJ and EWJ2 one on SNES cartridge and I also have the Whole can ‘o Worms on CD.

Jim was an average common or garden earthworm minding his own business doing worm stuff like crawling around in the soil, avoiding crows and generally crawling around in the soil! Like any other average earthworm life for young Jimmer was pretty dull and non-exiting. But unbeknown to Jim something was about to happen that would change this worms life forever!! In the dark outer reaches of the galaxy lives a Queen by the name of Pulsating, Bloated, Festering, Sweaty, Pus-filled, Malformed, Slug for a butt! And she wasn’t a very nice queen (with a name like that would you be nice!) And she had plans for conquering the universe by having a very new and very powerful weapon made for her by an insane professor called professor monkey for a head and the main reason he was so insane is that he has a monkey grafted to his head . Anyway the professor build an amazing new weapon an ultra- high tec indestructible, super space cyber suit. But shortly after the suit is finished a small renegade ship escapes from the evil Queen with the stolen suit. During a frantic battle with Psy-Crow (The Queen’s right hand crow.) The renegade ship is blown to smithereens, and the suit falls to a strange planet called Earth. Jim is struck by the falling suit and by sheer luck rests safely inside the suits neck. Suddenly, the ultra-high tech space particles of the suit set off a radical light speed evolution and suddenly we witness the birth of Earthworm Jim.

To complete the game and be a Jim master you must: Find and complete the secret level “Who turned out the lights?” and kill the Queen on difficult.*
Your objective: To stop your suit being nabbed and to kiss the beautiful Princess What’s-Her-Name, If the cow doesn’t hit Her (You’ll find out!!)
